1. Overview

FiraClaw provides a convenient feedback channel. Through this feature, you can submit bug reports, feature suggestions, or other issues to help us continuously improve the product.

2. Submitting Feedback

2.1 In-Software Feedback

  1. Click Settings in the left menu.
  2. Select the Feedback & Suggestions option.
  3. Fill in the following information in the feedback form:
    • Feedback Type: Select the type of feedback, such as bug report, feature suggestion, other issues, etc.
    • Title: Briefly describe your feedback content
    • Detailed Description: Provide detailed description of the issue or suggestion you encountered
    • Attachments: If there are relevant screenshots or log files, you can upload attachments
    • Contact Information: Leave your email or other contact information so we can reply
  4. Click the Submit button to complete feedback submission.

2.2 Other Feedback Methods

In addition to in-software feedback, you can also contact us through the following methods:

  • Official Website: Visit the FiraClaw official website and submit feedback on the "Contact Us" page

3. Feedback Processing Flow

  1. Submit Feedback: Your submitted feedback enters our feedback system
  2. Initial Review: Our team will conduct an initial review of the feedback to confirm its validity
  3. Classified Processing: Based on the feedback type, assign it to the corresponding team for processing
  4. Solution: For bug reports, we will fix them as soon as possible; for feature suggestions, we will evaluate their feasibility
  5. Reply: We will reply to the processing results through the contact information you provided

4.1 Submitting Bug Reports

  • Detailed Description: Provide as detailed a problem description as possible, including:
    • Time and frequency of the problem occurrence
    • Specific steps of the problem occurrence
    • Error messages or screenshots
    • Your operating system version and FiraClaw version
  • Reproducibility: If possible, provide steps on how to reproduce the problem
  • Environment Information: Provide your system environment information, such as operating system version, FiraClaw version, etc.

4.2 Submitting Feature Suggestions

  • Clear Requirements: Clearly describe the feature you want to add
  • Usage Scenario: Explain the usage scenario and value of the feature
  • Specific Suggestions: Provide specific feature implementation suggestions
  • Reference Cases: If there are reference cases of similar features, you can provide them

5. FAQ

Q1: How long will it take to get a reply after submitting feedback?

A: We will provide an initial reply to your feedback within 1-3 business days. For complex issues, it may take longer to process.

Q2: How to check the feedback processing status?

A: Currently, FiraClaw does not support checking feedback processing status. We will reply to the processing results through the contact information you provided.

Q3: Can I submit multiple feedbacks?

A: Yes, you can submit multiple feedbacks. It is recommended to only address one specific issue or suggestion per feedback so we can handle them better.

Q4: Will feedback content be kept confidential?

A: Yes, we will strictly protect your feedback content and personal information and will not use them for other purposes.
